I have been following this board for some time now and take issue with a comment made earlier (I won't mention names). I am not a professional and this is strictly my opinion.
The idea that the AllPennyStocks.com issue of the 68M shares being removed from the court proceedings, is somehow being a bait and switch is on its face, patently ridiculous. The court docket for the hearing scheduled for 7/15, as posted here and on Stocktwits, shows a list of 8-10 shareholders and the amount of stock that they each held that would be cancelled. This was NOT an all or nothing list. IF it was a single shareholder for 1.018B shares and it was somehow changed to 944M I could almost buy the argument (certainly not a deal breaker - 944M is still quite significant).
This is NOT a single shareholder. It is a list...line items if you will for the judge to rule on EACH individually. It is obvious that AllPennyStocks.com had a legitimate complaint, that was settled sometime before the decision on 7/14. Hence the posting on the docket for 7/12 from AllPennyStocks.com that they would not contest, and were subsequently removed from the decision (amended from 1.018B to 944M shares). This is not in any way a manipulation of the custodian or new company to deliberately defraud the shareholders. As I said, Ridiculous!
Does AllPennyStocks.com still own their 68M shares? Wouldn't surprise me but IMO is irrelevant. There is nothing, no information that has been released in the last 2 weeks that I would consider negative at all, that would lead to what has happened in the last 2 weeks. As far as the PPS drop, based on what looks like a very small float, I am not surprised that it moved so much so fast. Doesn't change the DD whatsoever. Just created a buying opportunity for longs.
One last thought. If AllPennyStocks.com sold all of their 68M shares at once, IMO it would cause the PPS to drop as it has. It could also be one of the posters here that has complained vociferously about the "bait and switch", who professes to own more than 3X what AllPennyStocks.com holds, decided to sell a significant portion of his shares in a similar fashion, we would be looking at the same results...
