As far as the workplace is concerned your employer has every right to test their employees for marijuana use, unless you have a personal or Union contract. Right to Work. Every state requires marijuana/THC testing for a CDL. Even Amazon employees.

M$ - Surely, I've covered this stuff in a recent post (named - Food For Thought...). The part you are not grasping is the employer is not sticking a breathalyzer in someone's face on-site. Workers are sent to a clinic of some sort. You mentioned union contracts. Have you ever been in a union where an employer could stick a breathalyzer in your face on the job site? If so, do tell. "Right To Work" doesn't mean the right to harass. A Right To Work employer can still be sued, including Amazon (The world's richest man...fly me to the moon Bezos).

Current laws/regulations are not aligned for a THC Breathalyzer in any capacity I'm aware of. Cannabix wants to align it's device with a BAC breathalyzer that's gone through decades of hoops to get where it's at today. Unlike impairment, "recent use" is a new found phrase because there's no scientific evidence to confirm THC impairment like an alcohol breathalyzer (BAC). Cannabix, Hound Labs, others want the masses to latch onto a brand new theory. Selling it to lawmakers is your biggest challenge. Lawmakers move at a glacial pace - The Ice Age. As shareholders you demand no in depth answers from Kal & Klan. Management conducts zero webcasts. You have no real marketing of your device with the public unlike Hound Labs. You simply have pictures of yet another beta prototype albeit the claim is the latest prototype is at the "advanced stage" of development. Cannabix's corporate video does not include your advanced stage device. Nor does your corporate video include Rav Mlait, MBA CEO, Director @ Cannabix Technologies Inc.
