I knew it! Company was hush hush about everything to buy back shares this entire time.

He already owns 91.4% , leaving around 1.62 billion shares public. Now he bought over a third of the public float remaining that he doesnt own.

Bernd Förtsch owns 100% of Crowdex, and Crowdex owns 91,4% of ASTI
