Good sport--
You must need a brain transplant.
Why would anybody who holds a stock option at say 3 cents
exercise now and sell some to pay taxes? All they have to do is
mot exercise, but
wait until they have the price they want and then sell them all.
If they think this is the top now, then that is bad news. OK, there are
capital gains to consider, but there are ways around that if the stock goes to
a higher price, by buying a straddle and locking in a price until the holding is long-term.
Really good sport, I guess you are just a good sport.
