Thank you Spence21, I am trying to build my SEP IRA with monthly dividend paying stocks like ORC, OPP, CRF, CLM, RIV (All are monthly paying stocks). If I am successful, I should have a average dividend yield of 13.80%. With $600,000.00 invested, should have a monthly income of plus or minus $7,000.00 a month not including my other stock portfolio and of course Social Security and the rental property. My money was invested in mutual funds etc, wish I had done this years ago. Good luck to everyone who is building a monthly dividend income portfolio.
