Have to disagree with some of that. Those 10% NSAV dividends were given to shareholders in 2017. And, imo, they were given as an INCENTIVE to buy more shares of NSAV at the time and to, also, attract more shareholders to NSAV at the time. They are NOT or SHOULD NOT be considered WORTHLESS.
