Fung could be right yet. Not down that bad today. I see I got my other 360,000 shares of ATNG at .0060. Unfortunately the bid is now .0057, but that's close enough. We shall see.
You know, it is easy to say these PCBM "investors" should know better. Some are a bit simple and some are very bright. Look at you- you ate it up for a while as did Andle and Stan, etc. people that are certainly not stupid. Me too. I was lucky enough to figure it out sooner, that's all. What is important is that we didn't go into it with our life savings (except Andle). For some it sounded like it was the answer to their prayers. They would go from the throes of near-poverty to mansions, Mercedes and riches. Even trips to Tahiti I think I once heard mentioned. It is this blind greed that the scammers play to. It's like going to Vegas with ten thousand bucks and putting it all on 17 red. Great time if 17 red comes up. You get 360K. That's an amount worth taking note of. Of course if it doesn't, it's a real unpleasant trip. Worse when you get home and can't pay the mortgage, utilities and car payment. Worse yet if you were retired and now you need to become one of those nice 68 year old men in Publix bagging and carrying out the groceries every day until you die. You don't think a situation like that might make someone want to kill? Who is at fault ultimately is not relevant to the guy who has lost it all.
When all hope is gone, people do drastic things and as I said, they don't always kill themselves. Stan has talked about people who have lost their life savings, gotten divorced, whatever, over this. I think I spoke about the old fellow (my age) I knew that lost all and was driving a limo to the Tampa airport so he could eat. God, this poor guy didn't even own a computer. He had to visit the people next door to see how his "investment" was doing. He believed the JMC_JMCs of the world.
