I haven't seen a single written indication saying GG was going to be in the final solution. In all likeliness there will be some sort of settlement or whatever made by the completion of the merger eliminating them out. The idea is to create a CLEAN SHELL.... Therefore leaving GG in the final equation really does not make any sense whatsoever. Leaving them in the equation post merger would be like leaving a blood sucking leach on your leg!! Once GG is eliminated from the situation I would guess that the shares would either be:
1. reassigned to fccn
2. issued to AERO (That makes up the 95%!)
3. eliminated.

I hope this is food for thought.
