I agree with you their. Pump up the stock with a rather optimistic PR, but not a PR stating progress has happened. Only another PR stating progress is coming LOL. So people buy in, and than mass DILUTION. I wonder if they saying use "extreme caution" when trading $GNCP because they know theirs some big shareholders determined to sell. They did say they are holding things up by not agreeing on anything. I wonder why? Thats why I am on watch. They share structure isn't to exciting either considering AS & OS & MarketCap.

And I get if one or two shareholders don't agree with the companys plans. But they said plural. Why would they not want the company to move forward and make progress. It their investment, do they it a bad idea?
