"The Felon of Microarray Technology" I'm sure the scientists in the field (and others) will be watching the trial closely. Regardless of the outcome the reputation of the players have been severely stained.

The recent health care fraud penalties have been harsh. It will be interesting to see how it plays out for everyone involved here.
