That is absolutely untrue. RSAMMD does not own TXTM or their technology. Publicly they have pointed out wanting to do some thing but nothing exists at this point. I do know both of these companies inside and out based on a great deal of public information and at the present time each one is an independent company. If they do something in the future I am fairly certain a press release outlining any agreement will come out.
