Yes sub Penny Co's tend to dramatize any step taken toward the goal success, but as far as the time in which those PRs come out, they are legitimate statements of fact that mean a great deal toward getting to the next step! It is something they have been focusing on for some time, so that one Incremental success is worth the excitement generated by the Scientific team!

To us who just think of dollars flying in our pockets, those statements mean little to us, but to the Scientists engaged in the developmental process, that step means a great deal, as it is just one less problem to deal with! They then will be invigorated into tackling the next problem along the way to commercialization, as that is what everyone wants on the HYSR team!
