A $269 a month rent-a-desk supposed "WORLD LEADER IN STEM CELL" blah blah except NO stem cell clinics are left, NO stem cell labs or facilities exist, R&D is literally $ZERO as entered on their train wreck BK busted broke balance sheet and NO sales for all intents and purposes and LAW SUITS OUT THE ASS - which Miguel DID NOT PROPERLY DISCLOSE IN THOSE SEC FILINGS -
