no, i don't really have a target on commons; and the mechanics of what i am hearing about were mind bending --- and i have been too busy to look into the details and confirm them by doing my own research.. i'm kind of just standing by, holding down the fort, trying to sort out other challenges and kind of move on from waiting around on this and letting this hold me back because i am more capable -- congrats on getting a million shares here i guess;

anyway, just what i am hearing, and so i recommend trying to get ahold of the recent bove research report if you're curious; he rated the commons as buy; and there is a lot of long term value there in this plan --- just a lot of factors about how it is unlocked and all that..

and frankly, the government is just getting started with biden housing reform policy.. and so anyway, that's the update; from what i am hearing my views on common are perhaps a bit more negative than they needed to be, idk anything for sure; but it seems like things are being worked on and researched and i would argue commons more likely than not have upside with this plan; my understanding are at these prices preferred are better but who knows. that's what it sounds like to me anyway; and this is a bit different than what we have been expecting where i think commons do worse than what this seems to suggest..

so who knows, i don't have the $ to get 1 million common shares like you do, but if i did, i wouldn't place the bet you have... i'd still be mostly preferred; but that said, $10 is on the table i think.. who knows. whereas i felt that $10 was virtually impossible before i heard about this one.. and i dont even know if this is real, so check out what bove has to say.. my understanding is that he's not as delusional as i have come to understand him to be based on all of his prior research but that he is part of getting this out there in a way i guess.
