I was the phone with OTC Markets, in Jan...and I TOLD OTC MARKETS...of my new shell status for ACCR...on while on the phone....with OTC Markets...with ME on the phone, in real time....ADDED the SHELL sign to ACCR immediately, while on the phone with Issuer Services....I believe it was Eric on the phone with me, when this happened.

Pray with me, Brothers and Sisters...ACCR will stand tall one day...and best that I can tell...now is a good time to AVERAGE DOWN with $1,000 buying 100,000 shares at $.01

I was a GREAT DIRECTOR and today, I am the proud owner of over 27,100,000 common shares. We spoke on the phone, about merging a $100,000,000 usd rev Company into ACCR. He promised to take care of the ACCR CHILD...as ACCR ticker has been leaned on....people pressing on the level 3 buttons....the market makers brought us down...but today....ACCR has a chance. Come on...let's go!!! I am sick today......oh man, uncontrolled spasms that is effecting my SUPRASPINATUS left.....muscle. Oh Lord, this HURT is my salvation for my Shareholders....I am very close to being a 10% holder of ACCR.

I am the owner of 27,100,000+ ACCR shares...and I have never sold 1 share of ACCR. Everyone always wants to accuse me. They later tell me "Sorry, didn't mean it."..........

Eight ((((8)))) years as Director....from March 2012-March 2020...and I was the best Director of the NO DILUTION ACCR incubation period. I was really good too.....depositing my personal donations to the Company. These donations came from my personal account getting credited my SSA Direct Payments.

ACCR was slapped with the SHELL STATUS...immediately while I was on the phone with OTCM.

This is a true story. ACCR is a trading shell. A shell by telling the world that we no longer receive revenue. Lot's of Companies have suffered, and disappeared during 2020-2021. Covid19 killed the Economy, and as an Economist...GDP is 2/3rd's comprised of CONSUMER CONSUMPTION. ACCR is the best ticker in the OTC. I noticed that SBES traded on Friday all the way up to $.004's...This is our sister Company. OTC Markets on Thursday night and Friday traded PINK CURRENT...and then SLAP...yesterday it was PINK LIMITED....which means this could happen to the ACCR application to go PINK CURRENT.

ACCR is still alive, and going higher from here. ACCR is now in its 3rd application with OTC Markets in the last 2 years.

THE THIRD TIME!!!!

I'm gonna buy some more ACCR in the next few weeks, and then report my FORM 4 again to the SEC, and viewing public. Like I said earlier,

"My SEC codes are not in dispute. NO!!! not my personal one. This login code + ACCR FINRA login codes do EXIST!!! Again, it looks like OTC Markets can do as they want with their reporting Corporations. This will be ACCR's 3rd time to apply with OTC Markets...and there have been nothing filed in the last 6 months...I did not post on purpose, because I knew that ACCR quotation would continue into 2022/2023....Let's ROCK!!!"

ACCR last sale is $.0119 - Man, I need a lawyer to claim my defenses...and offer a SETTLEMENT. I'm gonna try to settle hard...as I want no part of management today. ACCR is controlled by the largest common stakeholder. Me, I own....just over 27,000,000 shares, or about 10% of the common.
