This is big for several reasons. They have previously helped write legislation/regulation in Oklahoma and now in a second state - Colorado. This is becoming a pattern and thats huge! Seems pretty obvious what their plan is. They are going to embed themselves state by state with the government to be the go to authority on water quality and treatment. Funding will come and contracts will follow.

Also, they are obviously going to push solutions to water crisis that they manufacture/sell. This is how you lay the groundwork to building clients and revenue. Why would a state pick any other company other than the one that is helping them to create high standards of water quality? Again, this is HUGE!

This is just the beginning of one strategy among a multi pronged plan that they are in the middle of executing across ALL THE SUBSIDIARIES they own. When they are done they will be sitting pretty and so will we.
