This is from the prospectus. Words mean things. Read it carefully;

on a parity with the most senior preferred or preference stock now or hereafter issued by Lehman Brothers Holdings and with any guarantee now or hereafter entered into by Lehman Brothers Holdings in respect of any preferred securities of any affiliate of Lehman Brothers Holdings,

It says on parity with the most senior preferred of LBHI which LEHNQ and the other CTs are.

Now pay close attention to the next part "and with any guarantee...of any preferred securities of any affiliate.

It does not say the the CTs are of parity to the preferreds of LBHI affiliates. Only that the "guarantee" (subordinated) of the CTs is of parity of other preferreds.

You guys are being scammed with this lawsuit BS. Do you even have a name of a law firm that is going to file it? Do you have a contact name? How do you know you just aren't turning your information over to someone that just thinks they can produce a list of names to a law firm and hope that they will file something. Lawyers don't file classaction suits for free. They have to see a good chance of winning something, or collecting funds from you to file. Don't be gullible. Wu has lost every time he has filed anything. You have no case.
