I think the only way they stay in business is if they win either of the lawsuits. Can't have a business built on taking shit companies and shit sites to take public and expect them to be welcome with open arms. To have a successful site they MUST have traffic. Only way to get the traffic is to have good content. Only way to have good content is to pound keys. Only way to pound keys is to have good programmers. They lack (enough) good programmers...After 8+ years in business you would think they would at least rectify the basic things. So, the obvious answer is either lack of $ to hire them or lack of desire to become a good company. Or they're just cheap and don't want to spend the money. I'll go with too cheap, too broke and too stupid...
Ohh and also, they probably just wanted to just sell shares and sit around on their ass???
