That CEO package is way out of whack for a company that has been struggling for so long. Would you not agree?

I think ultimately this will be a matter of considerable discussion by plaintiffs' attorneys during each of the board members' depositions. "Okay, Sir, now let's look at the next year, what specific decisions by the CEO caused you to increase his salary and award him a full bonus..."

The depositions from the Epic guys are going to be... uhh... epic.
