Clearing up more misinformation. The “12 weeks” is the time it’s taking for applications for OTCIQ Access, NOT to post disclosures/filings. As posted earlier, in bullets:

-A company must apply to OTC Markets in order to gain access to the OTCIQ system (and thus publish current information on OTC Markets).

-OTC Markets is inundated with such applications and has publicly announced that if an application is not submitted before June 30, 2021, it will not be processed in time to allow a company to access the system to upload current information prior to the September 28th deadline.

-Upon submitting an application, the current processing time is approximately 12 weeks.

Sharp has GVSI OTCIQ access or he wouldn’t have been able to upload or change the old OTC GVSI information to the new profile information. Video says “After you login to OTCIQ.com”, um Sharp has access. See video below:

The examples I’ve included here also show 12 weeks has nothing to do with disclosures to upload, it’s OTCIQ application time, or these companies couldn’t have filed or be showing filings in 7-14 days.

Sharp has it, we can put the “August/September filings” rumors to bed.
