Let me get this straight. So ATMH is nothing but a shell company, no cash, no revenue and only because they have 4.4M shares outstanding that justifies a $2 share price??

Nah. A shell company controlled by a convicted Ponzi schemer with no cash, no revenues is overpriced at &0.11.
