I saw Pfizer named in the current news, but can't locate that source again.

I did find early, dated information which indicated infections post Pfizer, and post the Astra Zeneca vaccines. Not the best source, but here it is.

In terms of the US data, I find it hard to believe that only 3% of hospitalizations are of vaccinated patients. That would make the real world effectiveness better than the efficacy shown in the test results, even though the Delta variant is more easily transmitted, and more dangerous.
