Regardless of all the theories being posted on dilution, c/d, blah blah bla, isnt the main focus here Aero, if we believe Aero will be huge is that not worth the wait? Help me out if I'm wrong, but my main concern would be no merger at all, doesnt seem like that would be occuring if it was why go this far?
