Per IR:

Life Clips is filing for a 1 for 15 reverse stock split, but the date has not been set. The way it works is, Life Clips' legal counsel will submit the paperwork to FINRA. FINRA reviews it and sets a date, then adds it to what they call their "Daily List" that goes out to the brokers and market makers.
