My personal opinion is that that the government has milked it to the maximum, all the while avoiding actual evidence. When it gets to trial, the judge will look at evidence rather than blindly accept anymore that no one can file suits against FHFA during conservatorship, except FHFA itself. Although SCOTUS ruled that FHFA has the right to take all their equity per HERA, per the Constitution, they also ruled, we can get it back. How can government appeal their own proven fraud? Why would they? Why would they even let these cases get to trial?
