What's interesting is that people will still buy despite it's overall trend is down and it won't be trading in about 3-4 weeks as brokers remove themselves from L2, well before the SEC deadline. And yet people still buy, rather than put money into a good share structure that is current or at least has recent filings. Strange way to trade, indeed.
