That is not true. The prospectus says they are in parity with LBHI most senior preferred. The CTs are the most senior preferred. Doesn't say in parity with the most senior preferred for all affiliates, and especially not the ECAPS which are a component of LBIE which is a whole different bankruptcy. The CTs have a guaranteed subordinate claim against the estate of LBHI and no other unit.

Here's something many don't understand here. When BKNY presented the CT claim against the LBHI estate it is the subordinate guarantee that got the court to honor it. It is the creditors committee that placed it in class 10b, subordinate to more senior claims.

This class action lawsuit BS has no standing. Way outside the bar date. Way past the statute of limitations. You already got what you are asking for - a claim against the estate. And BNYM fulfilled their duty in getting your claim approved.

I hope you all aren't putting up any money for this bogus lawsuit.
