The clinic isn’t ready yet, and got pushed back on the timeline due to TelaMentalHealth

They’ve been running behind because they had to switch the customer contact phone # on the TelaMentalHealth website 4 times now.

The current contact # on the TelaMentalHealth website goes straight to Bruce’s voice mail, in which he says “Thanks for calling Patient Access Solutions”. The previous contact # on the website was registered to Jeff Palumbo.

Therefore, you can’t get ahold of anyone through TelaMentalHealth, and their online chat platform on their website doesn’t respond to you. It lets you type a message as a chat agent, but there is NEVER anyone there to respond back to you.

Currently trying to reach out to Jeff Palumbo as his name is everywhere all over this stuff.
To no avail.

The TelaMentalHealth website (domain) was created in May 2021 according to Whois and GoDaddy, so this is not a true acquisition for PASO. They simply created TelaMentalHealth. Not sure why they worded it as an “acquisition” in the PR. That was inaccurate.
