1. Financials for 2019, 2020 must be done and Edgarized
2. Company council needs to sign off on the financials. (since it is not audited someone (a lawyer) needs to approve it.

3. Pay the fees to OTC around 10K

then and only then we get the stop sign to come down

I know this because MSMY just went through it and now they are current pink.
