IMO won't be surprised if LFER management gets into a fight with Amit and his group (Smart Axiom).
The history of fights with former partners, investors, funding institutions is insane - you can google it old Ihub messages or read old SEC filings.
I truly believe Amit has high expectations especially now as a subsidiary of a public company. Looks like Smart Axiom would have been better off staying private and raised equity through VC funders.
Several cybersecurity providers are offering or in the process to roll out new innovative IoT solutions that will be disruptive. One is already valued at $2B!
