It was actually $50,000 by verbal agreement, and I only received $25,000. This is ACCRs 3rd application to become a PINK CURRENT shell. A shell is legal. A shell has special quotation rights, and I was right....again. or not, I do not want to fight. By verbal agreement....I am remembering NOW...my MIND is CLEARER....ARRRGHHHHH this friggin pain. I sold control of my founded Company. I was a great Director during our incubation period. There was NO DILUTION during this period. PERIOD. Sorry, but some say that PATRICK was an AWESOME Director...because he did NOT DILUTE the Treasury. The ACCR Treasury is a special place for me.
Today, I am the owner of just over 27,100,000 common shares. They control the shell with that Preferred filed with the FLORIDA SOS.
