I woke up late today to this great results..

I expected very good results , but I didn't expect they will be THAT good..
I actually don't remember reading close to it results with any other drugs in mTNBC..

--300% increase in mPFS.(mean progression-free survival)
--450% increase in OS .(overall survival )..at 12 months
--large group of patients had an mPFS of approximately 6 months , at least 2-3 months needed for approval , so we already much above that...
--72% of patients had decrease CAML's. ( cancer associated macrophages-like cells ) 30 days after introduction to leronlimab..
-- greater then 70% of patients saw positive changes in CTC.( circulating cancer cells ) ..after single injection.
--Decrease CAML's and CTC appear to be related to slower progression and lower mortality..

I am interested what they see on MRI and scans..
And I will be interested to hear FDA comments now ..
