I believe IHUB Admin operation are in violation of IHUB's TOS policy.
TOS
"Messages posted by individuals may be misleading, deceptive, or in error. If you disagree with a posting, feel free to voice your opinion. It is the policy of iHub to allow our members to freely discuss issues in a free and open manner, and we will not take sides in disagreements or disputes based on investment sentiment or other subjective criteria. "
- if a post is allowed to stand than that post becomes On Topic and a counter opinion of that POST is allowed under TOS rules
- if am a opinion is given against a specific post, that is a discussion of the post NOT THE MESSAGE BOARD.
- no where in the above does it say the counter opinion to the STANDING Post has to be about the company it clearly states "If you disagree with a posting,"[/b.] Again the post you are disagreeing with is a post that is allowed to stand which means that post is now on topic.
- if the post you disagree with is allowed to stand and your disagreement against that post that is deleted the Admins are taking sides in that discussion, which VIOLATES IHUB TOS RULES (see above).
EITHER ADMINS DELETE BOTH POST OR ALLOW BOTH POST TO STAND THAT IS A NEUTRAL POSITION.
Based on the above these two post should be allowed and future post like them should be allowed to stand.
Both are questioning the standing on topic post, not the message board, not the poster, only the post as allowed under TOS.
Remember those accusations against Mark Miller" spreading false information to change a stock price for profit", as being a crime,
with no indication to date that NWGC or its management is involved in any government investigation, does the following fit that definition of a crime committed?
