The huge spread on this just shows the depth of Mental Retardation of America. This is a company about to start clinical testing on a drug already proven to profoundly improve cognitive ability in lab tests. Phase 1 application looking to be FDA approved in a couple months. This drug ,Lithium, which even to a lay person makes sense as to why it work's.
