PCTL worth $76 million dollars if it confirms publicly that the UK deal, OIL JV, ProtectX Pro JV along with the TeraSol AG JV are all good revenue drivers for PCTL?

If yes, that is the .10 cent PPS threshold.

My thoughts for PCTL:

1. Confirm what we’ve seen for the last 9 months…no dilution.

2. Provide stunning details of the Oil JV.

3. Provide confidence in the UK deal…it is massive and live.

4. Provide information on the live TeraSol JV now that TeraSol has obtained a critical and very successful trademark for AG.

5. Provide details in the ProtectX Pro JV. They are co-branding all of PCTL’s products and have 6 offices and a worldwide presence

6. Sanoplus? Is this relationship also a JV?

7. Confirm that there is revenue-sharing in all JV’s!
