As the share price relentlessly grinds down, the silence from management is deafening.

Since December 2019, Elite has issued only two product-based PR's. One was to announce the commercial launch a 50 year-old first generation anti-psychotic that everyone else has stopped selling due to permanently-disfiguring side effects like tardive dyskinesia. The other was to announce it had nothing to do with the approval of nifedipine ANDA for a different pharma with a similar name. That's it. The main function of the company at this time seems to involve one of the following operations: 1. CEO collecting shares; 2. CEO collecting cash; 3. Making non-arm's length deals with CEO's private company.

Sometimes you've got to make your own good news, and sometimes you've got to make your own good luck. Very clearly this company has stopped trying to do either.
