you know what really makes me laugh is how people have no clue how chargers JNS still really owns. when they sold "ALL" those chargers, they literally gave $BLNK all the shitty broken owns From $CCGI and the ones $CCGI previously had online. ALL the chargers they installed after they took over the $CCGI contract they put into their own network. so what I'm saying is when JNS expanded the network $BLNK did not get any of those chargers. so it sounded like they gave up a ton for the $2mm they received from $BLNK for the exchange but not at all. jns owns a ton on the Chargepoint network.
