Re: Hughes. To listen to the PR around Ralph Hughes, it sounds like he owns CastCrete and JS works for him. To listen to JS, he owns CastCrete and Hughes is a partner.

For sure they are partners at least. Hughes is also a large holder of EFTI from the time JS took over.
