Would love to say because the next filing has been audited but my gut says, and this is just pure speculation on my part but I wonder if because of the delay of information being sent from the Swiss Firm that had the Covid Case. The info now in the hands of their U.S. Firm who is probably much more familiar with all the rules and regs. of the OTC and getting current could quickly make adjustments needed to get the yield sign down. So assuming Alois has signed off on everything that has to go to OTC the posting of the actual filing may be imminent then maybe yes/no the attorney letter.
