Again, I ask the question - WHAT/WHO prompted all the members of 13d to come together and start up this "venture?" (Or were they enticed to do this - by some entity that wants control of Leronlimab?)

It seems strange to me that Mr. Rosenbaum wants to spearhead this at the ripe old age of 79. I'm a tiny bit younger, but longterm planning is no longer "waaaaay out there." I'm using a forty year horizon, but to reach that ripe old age would mean I'd broken all the longevity records (other than Methusaleh). What I'm saying is >> at 79 you don't realistically take on "long-term commitments." Thus his commitment is most probably VERY SHORT TERM. He's not interested in shepharding CytoDyn through numerous long term trials, initiating more viable usages, waiting patiently to get through the endless delays, and do-overs, and pussyfooting with the FDA, etc. Nosireee.

This fellow is setting up for a "wham, bam, thank-you ma'am transaction."
Waltz in, takeover, sellout (in a manner that's very favorable to the 13d crew and especially Mr. Rosenbaum), then back to drinks at the club and one hell of a story to tell his cronies.

Without Leronlimab CytoDyn has/is nothing... I don't see anything that 13d brings to the table that's especially encouraging. In fact I am exceedingly distrustful.

They can promise anything they want - but watch out for the real agenda!
