I would do the snoopy dance for that one! Seriously though lots of dots to connect there given all we know at this point. Any whiff of Arthrex partnering/merger/substantial equity placement etc would certainly take care of a minimum SP requirement and then some. I don't think another regional aquisiton by them has the horsepower to move the needle enough to get the SP anywhere near $3.
