12/10/2010 NMGL completes its purchase of FFGO's "assets" and pays with unregistered, worthless Preferred shares.

2/28/2011 NMGL is administratively dissolved by NV SOS & loses its business license (this means that they are no longer legally able to buy or sell any Bouse Gold Inc & S. Copperstone Inc. shares, thereby completely stalling the FFGO dividend declaration process)

03/12/2011 Bouse Gold Inc. is administratively dissolved by WY SOS & loses its business license (this means that they no longer are legally able to maintain their mining claim maintenance agreement with Searchlight Exploration which creates a claim default situation)

03/12/2011 South Copperstone Inc. is administratively dissolved by WY SOS & loses its business license (this means that they no longer are legally able to maintain their mining claim maintenance agreement with Searchlight Exploration which creates a claim default situation)

08/10/2011 Western Diversified Mining Resources, Inc. is administratively dissolved by WY SOS & loses its business license

10/27/2011 SEC suspends FFGO trading

10/27/2011 SEC warns of possible FFGO revocation due to lack of filings since September 30, 2005

5/5/2012 Fortress Financial Group website domain name expires; Fortress Financial website disappears

FACT: FFGO's last communication with shareholders was in August 2010; not a word has been heard from them since.

FACT: NMGL's only publicly documented progress with their role in the FFGO dividend progress was their two 12/10/2010 8-K filings containing details of their purchase of FFGO's "assets"...which still left them far short of the 100% acquisition required in the agreement.
