The SVM-RFE algorithm clearly fits into the category of machine learning algorithms. However, I believe it only to be a very small part of that category.

I think Intel will avoid a jury trial at all costs. If it goes to a jury and they are ruled against, I suspect the appeals will take at least another year. Intel has always had a section in their earnings report on Legal Proceedings. The last 10-Q specifically called out about 10 different legal proceedings Intel is involved in, but there was no mention of the HDVY lawsuit. We will see if it is included in the Q2 statement.
