It translates to a page of financial terms - Q&A, for educational purposes:

31 of the most popular financial buzzwords in China at the moment (Collector's Edition!)

The OTC part:

What is OTC?

OTC (OverTheCounter), is the over-the-counter market, also known as the over-the-counter market. A long time ago, banks also engaged in stock trading business: because they adopted the practice of selling stocks to customers over the counter of the bank, this kind of market was called an over-the-counter market. It's called the over-the-counter market.

OTC has no fixed place, no prescribed membership, no strictly controllable rules and systems, no prescribed trading products and restrictions, mainly one-to-one transactions conducted by counterparties through private negotiation. In the OTC market, securities operating institutions generally play the role of market makers, both as the organizers of transactions and participants in transactions. Securities investors directly communicate with market makers through counter, face-to-face, telephone, fax, and Internet methods. Conduct securities transactions.

What are traded on the OTC market are securities that have not been listed on the stock exchange. The establishment of an over-the-counter trading market in my country can provide an equity trading platform for millions of companies that cannot meet the requirements for listing, which is conducive to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and also helps my country form a multi-level capital market.

Many other interesting questions and answers; e.g. What is the loan-to-deposit ratio? What are the non-performing assets of banks?, which seem geared to both novice and sophisticated investors.
