The shares are being spent to acquire acreage, acquire or partner with other companies, buy technologies, buy dispensaries in Canada, build dispensaries in Calif, Buy a 1600 acre ranch in Calif., dig a well at the ranch, pay for greenhouses and barn construction at the ranch etc. etc. etc.
In other words, to GROW the company.
You know any other 3¢ stocks with millions in revenue, tens of millions in assets, and doing business in 4 countries? (5 if you count Malta).
