"The Idea of putting KC in HMLA is because of FOMO business model, KC still needs more capitol to fix up. Using HMLA to finance it would keep FOMO finances separate and not diluted."

So more capital to "fix up" to me that kind of explains the extra shares HMLA approved. Makes me think this is going to be diluted big time. Think I'll pass at this time.
