Net income

Intellectual property

Employees

Federal Tax Loss Carryforwards in the case of this company.

A VERY CLEAR EXAMPLE WOULD BE Uncle Joe says something that is negative to the market ie We are going to raise the capital gains rate does that mean apple is less of company NO but it could sell off on that guys comments.

If you believe Fernando is a great CEO back the truck up and make some money with him.
