Good question! Stock prices of OTC stocks make no sense at all sometimes. Stocks with absolutely nothing are trading in dollars and stocks with huge potential trading in pennies. This one should gain some momentum before long once the stop is removed and the acquisitions are finalized. Federal legalization would also create big increases in share price.
