As predicted HF are screwed. DTCC has the capability and rules to take the market over Monday. SEC meets Thursday to discuss enforcement. HF have to squeeze out before next THURSDAY or SEC enforces next Friday.

Friday July 23rd is the first day the Government can forcibly liquidate a Market Maker. I recommend they start with Citadel & BlackRock.
