Actually I do not like buying and selling his stock but must in order to accumulate more shares since I do not have a decent cash buffer....but technically that keeps me grounded meaning I am able to part with my investment and not follow it into the ground like I have so many times....I will honestly say if I had the up front money I never take a chance I would just hold my position and buy more stock but isn't my position. HLYK is the real McCoy but still could fail. So as I see it the ability to let go of a stock you really think has the best chance to go Nasdaq is hard for me especially since I lost out on buying Dents other company when NEO was around .75-1.25 a share. Dent only carried NEO to around $4 bucks per share but Dent has the professionalism, management skills and has already tasted the Nasdaq.

HealthLynked - is indeed our best chance for shareholder success but never be afraid to buy and sell what you love and if one can't part with their investment due to that love they will generally never be able to sell that stock. Taking profits as you did is smart simply because you are able to part with your investment when needed plus you didn't sell all.

I'm sure most know even when we go Nasdaq our stock will still fall back and many of us will buy back in. I was set to sell for around $1.35 and we didn't hold long enough yet I knew the 10:45 3rd day of trading if up then fine but if not time to at least take profit if not sell all.

Yes we should win holding with this management team but I don't see us up-listing this year. We will need to buy a corporation that deals strongly with Medicare and other billing aspects in order to sped up the entire process or we will never become a large corporation.

Dr. Michael Dent does not appear to be one to rush things and will do things in the best order of business. I would love to see our company offer us investors restricted stock "only" in a certain manner which I will not even go into. I would even opt to have restricted stock for a 3 year hold (again) under certain condition which of course would also become unrestricted automatically after 3 years and any expense to free those shares be paid by the company.
